Fire Eater Cacao Chili Stout is back in a special barrel-aged release — aged 4 months in whisky barrels for a smoother, deeper take on our cacao chilli stout.
Expect oak and dark chocolate up front, with dried fruit and cherry-like aromas that come alive as it warms. The barrel ageing brings a warming mouthfeel, a lightly sweet finish, and a softer chilli spice compared to the original draft version — more rounded, more layered, and built for slow sipping.
